Today's Motorweek did a demo of GM's G80 rearend as compared to a (FORD) LSD with one wheel having no traction. Worth checking out.

 

My wife saw it and asked if we have a G80, and I said, yes ma'am we do. She said...... cool!

Here's a link to the article. My dad, life long Ford guy, just had his first winter driving experience w/the G80 rear end in his Colorado. I couldn't believe how impressed he was w/the truck's performance in 2WD. (I'd been telling him for years.) Kudos to GM!

That's the first positive thing I've ever heard about the G80. It's good to hear some positives every once in a while.
