Is there a guide anywhere on removing the front and rear doors, and possibly the back area where the sub is located?

Thanks in advance

Hi, I just did this in my 2000 GMC Sierra and its pretty easy. Just take off the triangle panel in the upper left(or right, depends on which door) and then unscrew the 6mm lug at the bottom left of the passenger door(or right, if on the driver door). Theres another 6mm lug at near the arm rest, just above the handle. Then get a small flathead screw driver and pry off the lock and there will be another 6mm lug to take off there. When you've taken off the 3 lugs, you have to pry off the switch panel for the windows or if you have crank windows....get the pin(horseshoe like) off the crank with a small tool......then everything is good to go and you lift the panel up and it should come off of the several hooks(you'll see what I'm talking about when you get the door off. Its pretty simple except for the 6mm lugs. I went to advanced auto parts and got a small 6mm lug to unscrew it....otherwise it takes about 10 minutes per lug. Good luck!!
