Dmax diff from 8.1???

i have a question for the dmax guys. when at a complete stop and a light or something when anyone drives off does thier truck kinda jerks a bit nothing real hard but you feel it slip or grab and then go??? the 8.1 didnt do that i was just wondering if the Dmax does.. the only other time i feel that is when you come to a complete stop. you can barly feel it go back in to 1st??? just a question i wanted to get some info on..

My 8.1 does this.  

 

It's most likely just the converter locking up.

If it is too excessive though, I'd take it back in and have them check the TCC slip speed, clutches and/or if it's running the appropriate line pressure.  I may be doing that with mine next time just as a preventative maintenance thing as it's only started lately.
