blown engine

took my 99 yukon in because it wouldnt start,gm dealer scaned it ,p0101,p0102,p0155,p0161,p0300,they told me all 8 injectors where fried they showed me the injector they where really burnt i can add the pics ,so i paid the bill $1045,took the truck home it ran great for about a day then it started smoking really bad, motors gone, what do i do ,put a rebuild in or a used motor from the wreaker???

what do you mean bty the motors "gone"? Tow it to a reputable shop and let them check it out. Could just be a head gasket.

it has a 5.7............i was wondering are the 327s any good i had a 327 in a old chevy2 nice motor not much of a stroke though.the 350 is a good motor what do you think??? 5.7 or 5.3 will the 5.3 work in my truck with all the computer bs
