New to OBDII

I have a 2007 classic GMC Sierra with the 4.8 and was wondering if there was a good programmer, chip, ect.. where I just plug it in and change the settings and am also able to reset everything to factory settings if need be.

Pretty much any programmer is the easiest way to do it. You can plug it in and change the settings on your truck. then if you want to use it on another vehicle you have to reset your truck before you can change the other vehicle.
