Fair price on new clutch install for 95 Tahoe?

As the title states, I'm wondering what a fair price would be for a shop or dealership to put a new clutch in my 95 5 speed Tahoe. It's been chattering pretty badly for the last 15K miles or so and I've just been trying to hold off but in the last few days it's started to slip a little when I'm accelerating in 1st and 2nd gear. Truck has almost 150K on it now so I'm not really surprised.

From a quick search, I found some "clutch kits" online for about 200 bucks, all of which include basically the pressure plate, clutch disk, throw out bearing, and clutch centering tool. I'd probably replace the flywheel as well since it wouldn't cost that much extra for a new one.

I'd like to be able to do it for under ~$550 for parts and labor but that may be pushing it. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

If you can do it yourself, just buy the clutch kit. It's not that difficult, just time consuming. It can be done on a Saturday if you have everything.

I don't recommend replacing the flywheel unless something is wrong with it. If anything, take it to a good machine shop and have them just resurface it (they only take off like .010" usually).
