Trans removal questions

I'm in the process of removing a 4l60e out of a 95 blazer. My problem is getting to the top 2 bolts (engine to trans bolts). How the heck do you get to them?

Remove the transferecase and crossmember and lower the rear of the trans untill you can get to the top bolts.

Ok, so the engine and trans will sort of push toward the front and I will be able to see the bolts?

If your body mounts are in good shape, you could unbolt one and jack the body up an inch or so. If you do, make sure to stick a block of wood in for safety.
