Need Help Locating a Factory XM Harness

Ok so I bought a XM unit off of ebay and thought it would be easy to go down to the dealership and order the harness that goes from the XM unit to the back of the radio. Apparently the only harness that the dealership could find is one that costs 784.00. Its a huge harness and includes other things that I do not need.

 

I found the part number for the bracket which is 15189091 and lists for $14.88

 

What I need is the part number for the harness that comes with that over priced XM kit. Can anyone help me out?

the whole xm kit is part# 12498768. you should be able to call the dealer and get them to give you a breakdown of the parts in the kit. fyi: here is what i found at the avalanche site:

Does anyone know the difference between this kit from dealer vs. going with the GM XM direct kit from Terk?

If you're just trying to install a generic XM receiver to your factory radio, you should look at getting the harness from P.I.E. at www.pie.net.
