2000 Silverado Extra cab

I am looking at 2 2000 models, one is a 4 door and the other (which I have not seen yet) is a 3 door.

 

Just wondering if it is even worthwhile or possible to convert a 3 door to a 4 door. Would the entire door have to be swapped out or just some hardware (handle and hinges). Thanks in advance!

Dude, there's no "door" to swap out.

You would have to do some major modifications. The three door truck has no opening for another door, you would have to cut the side out. It's not worth it.
