Horn And Wiper

so yeah, my horn doesnt work some reason and i dont know why. it all of a sudden just stopped. an ideas? i think it might just be the fuse, hopefully, so im gonna check that out and see if it blew. you guys have anything i should be looking for? my ride is a 2005 z-71 silverado, all stock.

 

and the same weekend my passenger windshield wiper isnt working properly. driving home in the snowstorm last weekend ice got lodged in between the wiper and the lower winshield so my wiper couldnt go down all the way. well, now that the ice melted i think soething else broke. the wiper goes down too far and hits the windshiled base and when it sweeps across it doesnt go far enough. initial inspection shows that the arm is free to move when not in use (the driver one doesnt do that). any ideas here?

 

ill probably wind up taking it in for warranty work, but if you guys know anything that maybe i could do myself, or so this way when i bring it in i know what needs to be done and know if im being swindled, id appreciate it. thanks for any help.

For the wiper arm, pop the cap off at the base and tighten the arm. As for as the horn, first check the fuse and if it is not blown, swap the relay with another, after that it is probably the horn itself.
