Does anyone else have rapid wear of their Bridgestone tires? My wife's 2006 Silverado 1500 had 13000 miles last month and I noticed that I was probably not going to get another 5000 miles on them. My son-in-law is a service advisor at a Ford dealership and I asked him if he had noticed the same problem on his father's GMC. I called the dealership where I bought it , took it down and they put new tires on it. She had Bridgestone Dueler A/T with a TPC code 2328. The new tires are the same but have a TPC code of 2345. The tread pattern is completely different.

I have the Dueler Revo on mine and they are holding up well, except for the right rear it seems to smoke alot and has faster tread wear than the rest. They were on it when I bought it and I have about 30k on them and they are still good.

if its on the front end, get it alligned. Some vehicles came from the factory set wrong. LIKE MINE. I noticed it before they started cupping too bad.

I did not have an issue with my wife's tires cupping, they just plumb wore out early. They were swapped out at 13,600 miles. They could have gone a little while longer but I do not like to let them go to far. The dealer told me that Bridgestone had a problem with this particular tread but they did not issue a recall. Unless you complain they will do nothing. The new tires are the same A/T but have a completely different looking tread, which actually look better.

If you want an awesome all around highway tire I suggest Michelin LTX M/S. Very smooth ride, and you can air them up to 50psi for towing and hauling.

Hey you guy's with the Revo's. I drove a truck with them on it the other day and those suckers were loud. Is that normal? I don't mean mud tire loud but you could hear them at all times.

My Bridgestone Duelers began showing wear at 12,500 miles. My local service manager was nice enough to point out the wear on the outer portion of the tires. He gave me the option of getting a new set of Bridgestones that were said to be free of any defects for free or using the warranty to upgrade to Michelin LTX M/S for only $200!.

I of course went for the Michelins, I think they retail for close to $900 and I have been impressed so far with the ride quality. Michelin has always manufactured a great tire.
