Head Lights Won't Go Off

Simple enough, my headlights won't go off. Switch is in Off/Auto position, which ever it is. I assume the light sensor is getting lazy and not generating enough heat to signal a "day light condition" so the BCM thinks it is dark and turns them on. The only other solution would be that the BCM is turning them on for its own funs and giggles. I suppose there could be a wire grounding out somewhere, switching them on, I don't recall how they are switched (If the switch provides the ground, and it is getting this from some other improper location.)

 

I am really leaning towards the light sensor, but sense I can't afford a Tech II I can't verify the reading from the light sensor.

 

You guys think this is the most likely culprit?

It is most likely the culprit. With that issue, the common failure is the sensor.
