Gmpp Air Intake Kit

Who all has the GMPP air intake kit? How do you like it versus other brands? How does it sound under acceleration? I am considering this for my truck because it is a GM part and it looks awesome

I like mine (see sig), but as long as it's an enclosed intake and doesn't pull air from the engine bay, they'll all perform and sound about the sound. More of a growl from the engine, improved throttle response, and increased HP across the entire RPM band.

what does this do for mileage, i just bought a 2500 hd 6.0 and i want to improve performance and fuel economy, any suggestions are welcome

Just bought mine on ebay, NIB, $300 + $11 s/h. It's on it's way!! Exhaust and a custom tune (from local speed shop) is next. TM is history!!! Lookout Tundra, here I come!!!

Just bought mine on ebay, NIB, $300 + $11 s/h. It's on it's way!! Exhaust and a custom tune (from local speed shop) is next. TM is history!!! Lookout Tundra, here I come!!!

OK, I got my GMPP CAI installed. I took it for a ride and it sounds awesome!!! Alot "Meaner" than I thought it would. Quiet as normal until you get on it, then it growls a low-pitched growl. Very cool. Throttle response and low end power is also improved, but exhaust and tune are next.
