Another Rim Tire Question... H2 Wheels On 3/4 Ton Burb

I'm trying to save some bucks by going with h2 wheels instead of aftermarket 18's. I believe the stock h2 rims are 17x8 with 5.5 inch backspacing. I would get 285/70/17 tires which translates into a 32.68 inch tire. I tried searching but couldnt find any threads about h2's on suburbans but did find some on 1500hd's which is technically the same setup. Those were with 305/70/17 with tbar crankage etc. I'm thinking with that backspacing i should be fine as far as wheel well clearance goes but might rub the sway bar? I'm kind of lost but hope this set up would work. Thanks again in advance!

Also does anyone know the stock wheel backspacing (the 16x6.5)

They should fit fine. You may have to trim the front corner of the valance a bit and possibly level your front even with the back. In other words no forward rake. Stock wheel BS is 5". IIRC, The front suspension on the H2 is the same as the 2500 Suburban/YukonXL.

got them mounted today, no problems, at stock height it rubs in the back of the wheel well a little at full lock nothing big unless your mobbin it over some gnarly roads, thanks jacqson, i think im gonna crank the bars 1 inch and get it aligned or really just leave it and do some creative trimming. btw im starting a new thread with pics.
