Has anyone ever, or does anyone think a NBS 1500 extended cab would pull a mini excavator... 7800 lbs? 5.3 Liter also.

Is just the excavator that much, or excavator and trailer weigh that much. If 7800 with trailer, and a 3.73 its 200 pounds over, and if it has a 4.10 its within limits.

I wouldnt do it, at all. Unless you want to replace your rear, transmission and void your warranty. Ifyou need to tow that excavator a lot, you better trade that NBS for a 2500HD
