Doesn't look dropped at all..  Wouldn't a drop usually level it out?

You're right, it has a completely stock stance and tires.  I just thought it looked dropped so I was seeing if anyone else thought so too.

Hey badass where did you get that grill and how much did it cost?  Was it easy to install?

Thanks.  I got the grille from http://www.stylinconcepts.com (it was around 130.00 I think + shipping = 150.00) Matter of fact -- that's where I got all of my small mods.  It was very easy to install...it only takes about 20-30 minutes.  If you have a 99-02 Silverado, all you have to do is remove 8 pop lock plugs to remove the black cover on top and in front, then unscrew one bolt, undo four twist/turn screws, pop out two metal holders, then the entire grill shell is off.  At this point you just have to shave off the old grille (it's held on my spot welded plastic)  I used a dremel tool, a woodburner (to melt the plastic holding it on, not really needed but helped), and a screwdriver to pry.  Then the new grille just attached perfectly with four screws and I added nuts to keep them on.  I have no automotive knowledge, but it was easy.
