Buzzing Sound From Nbs Cd Player

I have the NBS with the BOSE. I have noticed a slight buzzing sound coming from the radio unit only when a CD is playing .....CD player itself...not the speakers. i thought I read somewhere that this is common? anyone know?

Hmm, not that I've heard. But I wouldn't accept that even if it were common. Take it to the dealer and have 'em fix it.

yup.....mine does the same thing......not for long though. That POS that GM calls stereo is about to be replaced.

so I take it that this is normal for all NBS BOSE systems.

Mine is noisy also.

Along with the sunroof, rattle in the door and squeek/moan from either the roof or door/weather stripping.
