Dualed Exhaust Now Pcm Leaning Out Fuel-help!

I have a 97 C1500 with a newly re-built 305. I have shorty headers and a true dual exhast system. I have dummy sensors for the two O2 plugs were fore the cat that use to be there. The motor is stock.

Recently, it started cutting out/stumbling. It idles fine and accelerated fine. It is when I let off on the gas once I reach speed and the stumbling starts. If I try to hold it at a constant speed it starts cutting out as well. No codes!

I have taken it to Mr. Goodwrench 3 times and they say that on the tech2 it shows the truck leaning out because of readings from the O2 sensors for the cat or the lack thereof( can't remember now). Still no SES light or codes being given.

I sent the computer off for a Wait4me tune that would fix this. I still have the same issue. I have even swapped the pcm and get the same results.

Is there something that I am missing here?!?! Have you guys that did a true dual on your trucks have any issues like this? Do I need to go back to back to a cat back system and put O2 sensors back in?

Help me guys/gals!
