Rpo Code For Dic

Does anyone know the RPO code for the DIC? My cluster was replaced before I bought my truck and am wondering if Chevy replaced my cluster with the wrong one or forgot to program mine. I have the buttons in the steering wheel for it. All I have right now is an odometer, trip and an hour meter. I have gotten a change oil message across as well as asking me what language I would like but thats about it. Any ideas or thoughts are much appreciated.

There is no RPO code for the driver information center,I think your cluster either needs programmed or they installed the wrong cluster.

When we order a new cluster from AC-Delco we must provide them with a part number for the replacement cluster.

I know when I ordered an HD cluster for my '04 (To add the tranny temp.gauge) I gave them a part number for an HD with the DIC and I didn't have to program it at all,It was plug-n-play.

Thank you Sir!

So there is no way to tell if my truck ever had the DIC?

Would a VIN number tell me anything about it?

Well if you have the steering wheel controls (RPO Code UK3) you have the DIC.

Again,it sounds like they either ordered the wrong cluster or it needs programmed.
