Unbelievable! A week after losing by 3 pts to 2nd ranked Illinois, SIU put a solid whuppin on the 24th ranked Hoosiers. SIU is 15 miles from here, where my son goes to school, and where I went for a time. We're not used to having winners.

We won't be #2 after the new poll comes out after losing to Maryland. Oh well, its November, the season is long, all the important games have yet to be played.

What the heck is going on down there in Carbondale? You people are supposed to be the laughing stock of the sports world, and now you are winning? What gives?

If I remember right they got a GOOD transfer student from Kentucky. They come up to Bradley Univ (Peoria, IL) on Jan 16. I'm there in maroon and gray! I'll probably be the only one there cheering the SIU Saluki's on. Life's rough.

Hey Jp, what ever happened to the Big 10 during that Big10/ACC challenge deal? I think the Big 10 teams won about 2 games. The rest they got spanked in....
