Driving/off Road Lights

I've seen a couple of trucks rolling around my town with driving or off road lights mounted behind their billet grille. Anyone seen this?? I like the look of the hidden lights. I'm curious to know how these lights are mounted, and what they're mounted to. Thanks for any help, this is a really sweet set up.

Shouldn't be all that difficult to make happen. There's plenty of space back there, it's easily accessible, and lights don't need to be welded in...Just some simple brackets and bolts should do it.
