Tpms Reprogrammable?

Still getting used to my NBS Sierra 2500HD. kinda rides rough with 80psi factory pressure in the rear tires. I've seen numerous posts about the tolerance (25%) of adjustability. My question is can the dealer readjust this lower? I'd like to run 50lbs in the rear since I don't have any load in the back and probably won't till I get a camper next year. Thanks.

yes you can. a dealer can use a tech 2 to reprogram the remote control door lock receiver to whatever pressure you would like to run. it doesn't take long but must be done at a dealer then they have to re-learn the tire monitors also
