Concerns About Edge Evo.

I want to get the Edge Evo. But, I have some concerns about it. Does it void the warranty on the truck if GM finds out about the tune? Can I take it off easily before going to the dealership? Pulling the plug out and back in, will it mess it up?

The Evo owner's manual says to reset it back to stock before taking it to the dealer.

Also, you don't have to leave it hooked up all the time, you can take it out whenever you want.

I have one, and I had my truck back to the dealer for the oil leak. They replaced the Crank Position Sensor, so I am assuming they had to re-flash my ECM and or TCM. I set it back to stock beforehand and they never said a word. This is one reason I chose the Edge, to be able to go back to stock for dealer visits.

I may upgrade to a custom tune someday, but for now, the Edge will suffice. It works great.

Can you post some pics of your Edge? The wiring, pod, etc. Also what is the pod held with?
