Does anyone have a pic of a nbs truck with the black oval running boards? I want them, not chrome. Want to see how they look. Thanks.

If you have a NNBS get NFabs. Best looking side step IMO.

Or look in my garage for other pics, I have some close-ups in there too. Only thing is they've been LineX'd to match my bed. You can get them in black powdercoat, or paint them to match your truck color.

Great looking truck man. Looks a lot like a milspec Power Wagen. And I mean that in only the best way.

I think he may mean something like this.

Mil-Spec vehicles were built to Military Specifications (i.e. purpose-built, not a bunch of unnecessary 'stuff' on them).

EDIT : I did some searches and there are other, more modern interpretations too. So, he probably meant something more current. Nevermind..!

I meant something exactly like that! Those Dodge (may be a dirty word but they really were the beginning of small non-jeep 4WDs) Power Wagons were badass trucks of the day and they made everything from ambulances to fire engines on that chassis. The comparison to your blacked-out Chevy is meant in the most complimentary way possible.

Sorry I left y'all hanging so long wondering, the old hubcap company got to hoppin' and I'm finally checking in on the forum at home.

When you said Mil-Spec, I got curious and went to Google. I'm glad I wasn't off-base! It's also good to hear business was hoppin' for you. That's always a good thing! :ninja:
