Help With Air Bags.

Hi guys,

 

Im looking to buy the new Sierra and have a few questions, I would like to install air bag's on it right away, since I have a SCI (spinal cord injury) and in a chair, I would need to lower it a bit when so it would be leveled with my chair, and when Im in, to raise it back up.

 

I know that this would be too much work, and Im better off with a sedan, but Im gettin' this done for sure.

 

I have no clue period on air bags, how high is the new Sierra from the ground ? and how low can the air bag get ?

 

Also, would this mess with the ride quality meaning it would be more rough or whatever ?

From my understanding, airbags would make it ride a little smoother. As for the range of movement, I'm sure you could get bags big enough for whatever you want. There are some I've seen that move like 7 inches.

What would be the most reliable air bag brands that you recommend ?

 

I will be buying from the US but Im originally from Qatar, so I would like some recommendations on the brand and to what exactly should I buy ?

 

Also im not sure if they're "car specific" meaning that I should specifically buy a sierra air bag set up. And also I'll be buying online, so some links would make it easier for me.
