Wife Problems

I really need some advice on what could be a crucial decision. I've suspected for some time now that my wife has been cheating on me.

The usual signs... Phone rings but if I answer, the caller hangs up. My wife has been going out with the girls a lot recently although when I ask their names she always says, "Just some friends from work, you don't know them."

I always stay awake to look out for her taxi coming home, but she always walks down the drive. Although I can hear a car driving off, as if she has gotten out of the car round the corner. Why? Maybe she wasn't in a taxi?

I once picked her cell phone up just to see what time it was and she went berserk and screamed that I should never touch her phone again and why was I checking up on her.

Anyway, I have never approached the subject with my wife. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth, but last night she went out again and I decided to really check on her.

I decided I was going to park my truck next to the garage and then hide behind it so I could get a good view of the whole street when she came home. It was at that moment, crouching behind my truck that I noticed that my exhaust pipes were really full of soot like it's been running extremely rich, but I thought the computer would compensate for this.

Is this something I can fix myself or should I take the truck back to the dealer?

chevydeerhunter that IS funny. :dunno: and Happy New Year.

Edit: I'm not really the jocular type. But I really did laugh out loud. I read the post to the room and everyone went crazy. Thanks for laugh. :)

You're welcome! I've actually read a couple of variations of this and the last one I read was written so well, I was buying hook, line and sinker until the end. I couldn't believe I fell for it!

At first, my heart goes out to you. Then I realize, I've read this same stuff before. I fell for it the first time, and almost the second time, but I won't the third time. Thanks for the chuckle.

Thats like the picture of my truck on my sig.

So I had just spent hours washing my truck before my wife and I were to go in a trip and I had gotten the digital camera out. And I dont know what it is when woman and camera, they are always wanting to get in everything that you take a pic of and are always trying to get pictures with you.

So she asked that morning if I was going to take some photos of her, and I had one thing on my mind to get some new, good pictures of my truck so I replied sure.

The next thing I know I am focusing on my truck and she is right there with her hands on the hood of the truck, just after I washed it.. So I had to wave her off....

I felt bad that I was mean but I guess she didnt know how we guys are with pics of our trucks. I took a sympathy photo with her after we made up that day! haha

He really did get me. When I first started reading it I thought that it must be a joke, so I looked at where it was being posted. It said it was in "Off Topic" and not "The Lighter Side of Trucks". That is what made me bite and bite hard.
