I have a 99 Sierra 1500. I really like the looks of the grill surround off of the 2003-2006 (07 Classic) bodystyle. Has anyone swapped grill surrounds? I know that the bottom of the 03-06 isnt round like the 99-02 grill, it has a few angles, but with the gap between the bumper and the grill, it may work. I like the 03-06 bumpers too, but i don't need or want to get to out-of-control with changing that too....at least for now.

I think you have to change the entire front end. Like you would do if you were changing it out for an Escalade front end that everyone does.
