Aftermarket Remote Start & Power Locks Installed - Looking For Ide

Had aftermarket remote start and power locks installed in my 07 NBS Sierra WT. This is an Avital 4100 and it works great. Got tired of reaching over to unlock the door, and shop presented me with this power lock option. So I took it.

 

Although the locks run off the remote, the installer left me with about 3 feet of wire with two momentary-on switches; one to lock, the other to unlock. I'm thinking I can add a switch like this one, then just wire it up. The switch in the pic fits 90-94 C/K trucks, and I can get the connector from rockauto, or a boneyard.

 

Does anyone have any better ideas, or anything about what I'm overlooking? Worst case, I can drill two small holes in the dash panel near the bottom of the steering wheel, and nobody will ever see them. Best case, I can put this one right into the door handle. I have all the wiring diagrams from OnDemand 5, so hooking this up shouldn't be an issue.
