07 Silverado ?'s

Ok im doin an install on my buddies 07 silverado with factory amp. We are doin a dbl din with aftermarket amps. Heres the problem, the chimes/onstar come through the stock speaker. All the integration harness ive seen have the little box for the chimes/onstar and then send that signal to the factory amp so it will work like stock. Obviouslly this isnt going to work for me becuase Im going to have aftermarket amps

 

Heres my thought get the integration harness GMOS-01 or whatever the non factory amp one and after the little box tap the lines and run the straight to the stock tweeters in the pillars that will be unhooked from the stereo (because the aftermarket stuff wont be using them) so in theory my dbl din will connect to amp and door speakers, and my factory tweets will get a signal from the box for onstar and chimes

 

Sound like I have the right idea
