Spoonman Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 I installed new shocks this past weekend on my 05 CC 1500. So far I am pleased. I went with the Monroe Reflex which are a monotube design and much cheaper than Bilstien, Edlebrock, or KYB. I was looking to improve overall ride and handling without too firm of ride. The truck turns more responsive and floating sensation is reduced significantly. My needs were not great, but were budget minded, and the Reflex's reviews were good. I am not sure how much better the others mentioned would be but would recommend these.
Bigmike875 Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 I was just lookin at these exact shocks for mine right before I found this post. You have now sold me on them! Thanks for the feedback!

Zembonez Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 What a great (and easy) way to make the truck feel better. Good to see feedback on the Reflex for those who might have the same need.
