Front Bumper Adjustment?

I was just looking over my new used purchase, 2001 Yukon Xl and I see the previous owner forgot to mention a little fender bender he was in.

 

I noticed the rubber stripping inside the hood of the front driver side qp was missing? then a little more investigating, not noticable at first, but the bumper is crooked. One side higher than the other?

 

Was looking underneth to see if thers adjustment bolts but I can't make anything out or know what to look for?

Any help would be great!

i believe there is only two brakets that hold up the bumper for that year. it doesnt look liek it, but if you loosen up the brackets u might be able to adjust it. i installed a rear bumper on my dad's f350 and it took a lil bit to get so it looked straight. also if the brackets werent installed correctly in the first place that will add to the 'out of adjustment look.'

thanks for the quick reply, I think your right on the money...saw two brackets with three slide bolts I'm sure.
