I got a couple of questions about a skid plate for my 07 NBS Silverado that maybe yall could answer for me.

 

 

First, I am looking to buy a skid plate for my truck from GM Parts Direct. I'm kicking myself for not getting Z71 with the skid plate but oh well. Here's a link to the skid plate I'm looking at buying. http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/catalog/frameset.cfm

 

#1. I thought I remeber reading that there are actually two skid plates with the Z71 package. One covering the oil pan and the other covering the transfer case (I think). I the image at the link I only see one skid plate. Is that covering both the oil pan and transfer case perhaps?

 

#2. Is the skid plate something I can install myself pretty easily or will I need a dealer to do it?

 

#3. What else will I need to buy with the skid plate? I guess (#12)Skid Plate bolt and (#6)Nut at the link? Anything else?
