Bed Rug Installed

Here are some pictures of my bed rug installed.

That looks great! I was thinking of getting one of these. I read some about them. So, do you really not have to worry about moisture with these, filtering through to the bed below and molding, etc?

I have a tonneau cover. Was wondering if moisture leaked in there and got underneath of the bed rug, would it cause me some problems over time?

I cleaned mine out with a power washer after hauling some trash. It has a plastic like backing to keep the moister out. Also if you did get some water under it just take it out and wipe it out. It's attached with velcro.

I don't worry about anything on mine. I've hauled muddy quads, rock, people, dogs, insulation, sheetrock, and a dozen other things without hurting it. Granted, I wouldn't advise it for a commercial application, but for my purposes (light hauling) it's AWESOME. I've not slept on it yet, don't really plan on it either, but I'd bed it would be great for that in a pinch...Like "too drunk to drive" pinch  It's not THAT soft.

Anyway, I just spray it out at the car wash or at the house to get the big stuff/mud out...Then vacuum it when needed.

I bought mine used, it was already several years old when I got it mailed to me from a guy in NC...Still looks new.

if you go to Bedrug.com the site answers alot of the questions.

And they'll send you a free sample of the material to look at before you buy it ......

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I think when I spring for a bed protection solution, its going to be the bed rug. Sounds like a pretty good fit for my needs.

Mine was just delivered today, I'm planning to install it in a couple days when I have a little more time to devote to it. Did you find that it was difficult to attach the sides up underneath the Cargo Management rails? I"m debating unbolting them for the install so I don't get any super-duty adhesive velcro stuck someplace I didn't intend!
