Loose Radiator Tank?

Hi

Would a couple of you 2007 nbs owners please check your plastic radiator overflow tank? Mine seems loose, moving front to back, but the two mounting bolts are tight. I am wondering if there should be a screw from under the fender into the tank to hold it more firmly.

Mine is loose too, I think it is supposed to be that way, my GMT-800 was like this too. Probably protects the tank from flexing and cracking.

Loose here. I think it is designed for flex like brake fluid reservoir. May have something to do with hot/cold extremes.

Mine is loose and bangs into the metal on the side. Rattles bad.

My CAI came with a thick (about 2-3") piece of foam for gasketing between it and the fender. I used the center piece (scrap) and jammed it in between the CAI box and the tank and keeps it from flopping around, yet still allows it to not be rigidly mounted.

Mine is loosely mounted as well. It really can't go anywhere though.
