Anyone Know If These Tires & Wheels Fit My Nnbs Hd...

W/O rubbing? I have a 2007.5 2500 CCSB Z71 and I was trying to figure out if a 20x8.5 wheel with a 5.475 backspacing and a 285/55R20 tire would fit and look good. I don't want it to stick out of the fender and sling crap all down the side of my truck. The Michelin tires in this size are load range E and the wheels are 3470# so the combo seems tough enough for the HD. I really don't want to crank up the torsion bars if possible. Has anyone tried this size tire? If so, what backspacing was your wheel?

And, what's better - Polished or Chrome?

That's about a +20MM offset, sounds OK for a 20" but I'm not sure on a 2500. First choice is chrome then cleared polish. Never bare polish, unless it's that super finish that Alcoa makes that never needs polishing. IMO.

I've seen MANY 2500 HD with 285/70/17 stock on a 17x8 rim. The 285/55/20 is a BIT smaller than the 285/70/17's. And the 8.5 rim won't make a lot of difference in the width so they should fit snugly without scrape.
