8.1 Suburban Change To Synthetic At 74k Miles?

Hello, I just bought this truck used on ebay and would like to do what is best for it.

 

2001 2500 suburban 4x4 with autoride and 8.1L and 4.10. 74K miles.

 

What is anyone who reads this best guess on changing over to synthetic from regular at this mileage? Sparkplugs and or wires - which are the best for this motor? Also what other fluids and things should be checked and changed or flushed please. Also tranny and power steering and gear fluids is there much diff between them and what is the best to use? Is putting an aftermarket K&N air filter good idea? other idea? also how about a performance chip? - I just bought a "juicebox" on ebay says it is stage 3 performance chip - was really good deal and had great feedback - has anyone else used or heard of these? would you put it on yours?
