Another Vin Run And Recall Clearance Letter

I'm new to this forum but by the looks of things, there are some great resources out there to help me out. Getting excited for a purchase of an 08 2500HD 6.6.

I'm wondering if anyone out there could run this VIN for me?

particularily want to know if it has an Electronic Immobilizer System on it (security on the key) (required for CAD imports of US trucks after Sep 1, 2007)

Also looking for someone at a dealership in the US to source a recall clearance letter for me to save the $250.00 that my CAD government charges me. Please send me a message if you can do this and i'll get you a fax. Thanks!
