Thats not too bad. I kinda like it over the Chevy's becuase its not 1/2 plastic

The thing is....is that it is,or was,a Chevy,Someone put a GMC front-end on it.

(If you look at the pictures in the link you'll see the tailgate says "CHEVROLET")

And starting in '03,You could order an Avalanche without all the plastic,It option code "WBH" (which that one has)

I'm partial to the GMCs, but that doesn't do the trick for me. I also feel that the WBH (without body harware) Avalanche leaves a little to be desired in the "toughness" category.

me too...when I bought mine in 2002, I was looking to buy a Tahoe but the dealerships only had the fully loaded ones with three rows...I didn't want three rows of seats and it was a $1200 or so option...I couldn't get them to remove it and give me a credit when the sales guy said..."How 'bout an Avalanche?"...I replied "But they're SO ugly..."...we took one for a ride and I got $7800 off the sticker (they were NOT selling at this point)...what a great truck and I really regret selling it...not one problem.

Not only does it look just plain wrong, but the whole front end is mis-aligned. The fenders don't line up at all with the lights or the hood.

My thoughts exactly, and it looks like it has white wall tires because the previous owner cant feel a curb.
