Frustrated Looking For An 07 Sierra Part

I've looked through GM Parts Direct and can't find anything about it.

 

There are two rubber bumpers that fit onto the body to keep the metal of the gastank door from colliding with the metal surrounding the gas cap. I'm not sure what the look like exactly, but I know they were there when I got it, and now they are missing and the door no longer sits flush with the rest of the body. It looks slightly recessed.

 

What part am I looking for? I have no idea what keywords to use, and gas, tank, fuel, bumper, and pad all returned nothing on GMPD.

 

Any help?

I don't know the part number but they are $2 each at my local dealer for the GMT800. I haven't really noticed if it's the same part on the GMT900 platform but on the 800 they come off really easy when you are wiping down the truck after a wash. I just go to the parts counter and tell them I need the rubber bumpers for the gas door and 2 minutes later I have the part in hand.

Yep, this isn't something that you necessarily will need a part number for, so long as you have an even somewhat cooperative parts guy. You could always borrow a couple off of one of the trucks on a dealer lot, if you're that kind of person ;-)

or go to home depot and find use of something that might help and be easier to spot out..

Try searching under pick up box, then pick up box components, then fuel door, then bumper. This is in the GMpartsdirect catalog.
