Idle Speed Solenoid Energized

Whats going on Guys/Gals? This is my first post...so go easy on me

 

 

I`ve got a 78 Silverado with a 350/400. I have been having one hell of a timing finding a COMPLETE wiring book for this year. My main question is: Where does the idle speed solenoid energized (air conditioning on) electrical wire go to? My solenoid doesn`t have any wiring going to it but it does have a electrical fitting. So I need to know what wire I should connect to it and where the other end of that wire should connect to .

It should come off the a/c compressor. As in, from the low pressure switch to the ac compressor and y's to the idle solenoid. I think. Check and see if a wire has been cut close to that connector.

I checked a diagram today. Far as I go back is 82. Trace down the a/c wiring. There should be a double connector on one side of the low pressure switch wiring maybe up near the firewall to the left of the brake booster while facing the engine. . With one going to the a/c compressor and the other to the idle speed solonoid.
