Here are some pics of my truck, what do you think of putting the colour matched grille w/ chrome instead of this...

I think it has too much chrome up front with the bugger but that is all that was available. I would have much rather had a painted bugger.

paint the bug shield to match, leave the grill surround chrome! looks very nice

Agreed. Order the painted bugger or get a shop to color-match it. It's really the bugger that's not looking right. Take a look at the Chev on the gm-trucks.com logo at the upper left of your screen. It looks fine with the grill and the painted bumper - just like yours, but without the nasty bugger.

Chrome bug guard =

I like the chrome grille, but I think it would look even better with the color matched grille with the chrome inserts and the painted bug guard. Just my 2 cents though...

no problem, & thank you for the compliment too. Heres a quick Photoshop I did, just tinted the bug shield to match, not exactly how it would look but it gives you an idea.

 

 

Also, may I suggest painting the front emblem black

Sorry - I didn't mean my language to come across that strong about the bug deflector. It's just that when they are chrome they are really "in your face" because they are so reflective. Hope you didn't take any offence to it.

No offence taken like i said that was the only deflector they had and I didn't want stone chips so I took it.

ws6 wow that was fast is it possible for you to do the grille too.
