I believe your truck has a 5X5 pattern and the '86-'90 Camaro, as well as the '90 Jimmy are 5X4.75. Sorry.

I sell wheels for a living and I've never seen this. I have seen offset expressed in MM after the size.

 

Could this be that they wanted a 15x6 or 7 or they weren't sure if it was a 6" or 7" width? Dunno.
