Forgive me if my first post is lame but I am very interested in the 6.2. Can anyone tell me if eliminating variable valve timing should be a plus for owners or a negative? Also it looks like they have not degraded this great engine with active fuel management yet, can anyone confirm that for me? Thanks, great forum here.

I would think it is a negative since it helps the engine run as efficient as possible throughout the RPM range.
