Autolock Differential

Tech,

I have an 07 nbs GMC sierra crew cab 4x4. What oil type is recommended for changing out the front differential, are any additives are needed, if any, and what is the capacity. Also for the rear with the G80 locker are any additivies needed and what is the capacity. For the additives and oil what are the GM part numbers?

I have heard different opinions about fluid intervals, I guess it is dependent on the driving habits of the driver. Some claim 12-15k intervals and others 30k. I assume frequent towing decreases the time interval of changing the fluid.

I don't really go on intervals you can see the quality pretty easily by looking at the fluid and I check mine every time. I never really kept track of any but I don't think there is a recommended interval plus I'm too lazy to look it up. Which front axle do you have?

Not quite sure but i have the traction control system and vin 2gtek133571652963

also the rear does not require any additives, right?
