Tire Change

I have a 2004 K2500HD Crew cab 4x4 - 6.0 , 4.10 rear. Tire size 245/75/16 - would like to change to 295/75/16. This would be a 9.5% larger tire. The revs/mi would change from 662 to 603. Speedo would read 60 but actual would be 65. Would recalibrate for this. Would this change negitively effect the drive train. I tow 9000lbs once a month I drive 50/50 highway/city daily.
