2007 Silverado Nbs Front License Frame Install

I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado Quad Cab, NBS. I got a license plate holder/frame for the front bumper, but it did not come with any installation instructions. I assumed that it would be simple, but the parts bag was not what I expected . The GM part number is 15781554.

 

Before I start putting holes in my truck, I thought I would check here first...

When I removed my front license plate frame it was drilled directly into the plastic. this was the official GM license plate bracket, I didnt like the look of it so I took it off and mounted my front license plate directly to the plastic in the same location.

It should have came with 4 rivets. You will see the spots where the four rivets go if you look close, will have to drill them out and get a rivet gun to install them.
