Ok well i have been reading this forum for some time figured better post and say hi finally. Im a very proud owner of a NBS ltz silverado with the 5.3L. Love this truck. So far i have found nothin i dont like about it. I get so many compliments its amazing. Its pretty much all stock. I have added the color matched grill, 5% tint, and vent visors, and my GM cold air intake just came right now so that will be going on in a little bit. Now i have to admit i did own a 02 ram before i had this. Good truck but nothing like a chevy. But i have noticed switching over from a dodge forum to this forum you guys seem to be less performance orianted. Not to much talk about headers programmers blah blah. I do want to step my truck up some though. Ill save those questions for some other time. But one i do got one now though. Does anyone have the ground effects package? i think i want to get it but i have yet to see a actuall truck with them on. And does anyone have the fiberglass GM tonneau cover? Ok enough blabering pictures:(Thought that emblem on looked cool)

As for programmers and tunes and such, if you do a search, you should be able to find a cornucopia of topics on just that. One name you will see thrown around quite commonly in here is Jesse Bubb from Wait4Me Performance.

Welcome, don't you worry, we will help you spend all your money on mods. As for performance, we don't need all that crap to smoke a hemi those in the know don't use programmers, but purchase tuned PCM/TCM...

Ha! thanks for the welcome wagon guys. And actually im open to any suggestions to help spend my money. Im getting a nice bonus in a week or so. But i see no one really has any idea about these mysterious ground effects, i just want to see it on one real truck.

Nice truck - if you are curious about parts head over to www.gmpartsdirect.com They have pretty much every part you need at dealer cost. I wouldn't recommend getting ground effects, however I would recommend lifting your truck or tuning your truck.
