2002 Sierra 3500 Brakes

I have a 2002 Sierra 3500, 4x4, dually, cab and chassis with 48K miles. I am having a problem with the brakes. When coming to a stop at any speed, everything is fine. The truck stops linear and straight, until about the last 10 feet of the stop. It then pulls to the right. It pulls the steering wheel about 1/8 turn to the right.

I know it needed new brakes anyway, so I went ahead and bought new rotors and pads for front and rear. I just finished replacing the front because I was sure that was where the problem was coming from. Take it for a test drive and same thing happens.

I will get to the rear brakes soon, I am just wondering what could be the problem? I don't think anything in the back could cause the truck to pull to the right on the last 10 feet of a stop, but I could be wrong. I can "feel" it in the steering wheel so I assume it is in the front. It is odd to me because stopping at any speed is straight and true with no vibration until the final 10 feet.

Any ideas?
