Yukon Denali Autoride Autoleve Not Working

I have had my 2003 Yukon XL Denali to the dealer, because the auto level isn't doing anything. It isn't squatting, but it isn't pumping up when I hook up my boat or my big trailer. It just sags. The dealer checked with up their computer and says there are no codes so there is no problem. I have asked "what if the sensor isn't workng" and they say it would throw a code. I asked "what if the compressor isn't working" and they say it would throw a code and squat to the ground. It rides level until I put weight on the rear, and it sags like it doesn't have autolevel. There is never a sound from the compressor like it used to make. The dealer is stumped. They have checked the computer and looked for sevice bulletins. Any ideas?

Autolevel compressor not running. I read the fuse info on this forum, and checked them. The one under the hood labelled "STUD" (40amp) is blown. I assume there is no point in just replacing the fuse without fixing the original problem. Could the "water ingestion" issue (TSB 3525) cause this fuse to blow, or should I look elsewhere? When I bought new fuses I had the choice of a 40 amp "fuse" or a 40 amp "fusible link." They appear identical except for the labelling. Is there a difference? I bought the "fuses"
