Dual Climate Control

Has anyone had the problem where on an 04 sierra crew cab with dual climate control, it's an intermitten problem I'll have the AC on and about 5 min after the driver side will start to blow heat with the setting at the coldest and the passenger side will still be nice and cold. Does anyone know what causes this.

The driver's side actuator is either stuck from overtravel or has gone bad. The dealer can reflash for the overtravel, if it is bad and needs replaced it's around $200 from GM.
